Effective Date: September 5, 2026

Last Updated: September 5, 2026

Welcome to Gohar Petroleum Service. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our retail fuel stations, fuel and lubricant distribution services, commercial accounts, and related facilities operated by Gohar Petroleum Service ("we," "our," or "us").

By visiting our premises, purchasing our products, or utilizing our services, you ("Customer," "User," or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Premises Rules & Station Safety

To ensure public safety, compliance with environmental regulations, and smooth station operations, all visitors, drivers, and commercial carriers must strictly adhere to the following forecourt safety rules:

  • Engine Shutdown: Engines must be turned off completely before fueling commences.

  • No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking, lighting matches, or using any open flame within station grounds is strictly prohibited by law.

  • Mobile Devices: Mobile phone usage near fuel dispensers and dispensing nozzles is restricted to prevent electrical hazards.

  • Static Hazard Prevention: Passengers and drivers must avoid exiting and re-entering vehicles during active fuel delivery to prevent static discharge.

  • Approved Containers: Fuel will only be dispensed into vehicles or certified, leak-proof fuel containers that meet regulatory safety standards. Loose glass or unapproved plastic containers are strictly prohibited.

  • Speed Limits: Vehicles entering station grounds must maintain low speeds (under 10 km/h) and yield to pedestrians and forecourt attendants.

2. Retail Purchases & Pricing

  • Pricing: Fuel and lubricant prices are displayed on site at the electronic price boards and dispenser meters. Prices are subject to local market fluctuations and regulatory adjustments without prior notice.

  • Meter Verification: Dispenser meters calculate the exact volume and total price at the point of sale. Final payment amounts are based on meter readings displayed upon completion of fueling.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, authorized credit/debit cards, official fleet cards, and bank transfers for approved commercial accounts.

  • Payment Finality: Payment is due immediately upon completion of fuel delivery at retail dispensers. Fuel once dispensed into a vehicle's tank or container cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Commercial & Bulk Fuel Accounts

For business clients operating under credit, commercial, or bulk delivery contracts:

  • Account Authorization: Commercial sales or credit extensions require formal account registration, credit approval, and authorized signatory documentation.

  • Payment Terms: Commercial invoices must be settled according to agreed credit terms (e.g., Net 7, Net 15, or Net 30 days). Late payments may accrue interest or result in the immediate suspension of supply.

  • Delivery & Inspection: Bulk fuel deliveries to client sites must be inspected and measured at the time of delivery. Any discrepancy in volume or quality must be noted on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) signed by both driver and client representative.

4. Product Standards & Quality Assurance

  • Specification: We strive to ensure that all petrol, diesel, and lubricating oils meet regional quality and performance standards set by petroleum regulatory authorities.

  • Contamination Disclaimer: Gohar Petroleum Service is not liable for vehicle fuel system failures resulting from existing fuel tank contamination in the customer's vehicle, mechanical defects, or improper fuel grade selection made by the driver.

5. Property Damage & Liability Limitations

  • Customer Misconduct: Customers are responsible for any physical damage caused to station pumps, hoses, nozzles, canopy structures, or third-party vehicles resulting from driver negligence (e.g., driving off with the nozzle still inserted).

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gohar Petroleum Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from station visits, delivery delays, or vehicle mechanical issues unrelated to proven fuel contamination.

6. Surveillance & Security Monitoring

For safety, operational monitoring, and fraud prevention, all Gohar Petroleum Service premises are under continuous 24/7 CCTV surveillance. By entering our facilities, you consent to video monitoring as detailed in our [Privacy Policy].

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our products, services, or premises operations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any legal action or dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in District Bahawalnagar, Punjab, Pakistan.
